Maui Roofing Contractor

Roof Top Services - FAQ

Q: Can you give me a roof quote over the phone?

A: We offer a free consultation where we will give you an honest, detailed estimate, and a comprehensive photo report. We need to be able to see the roof in order to give an accurate estimate.

Q: Could my roof that's been affected by storm damage be covered by homeowners insurance?

A: If your roof has missing shingles or other signs of weather-related damage, there is a good chance that repairs or replacement could be covered by homeowners insurance. When you request your free consultation, your roofing representative will determine if your roof has sustained wind damage and educate you on the process of filing a claim.

Q: How long will it take to have my roof replacement, repair or coating job completed?

A: The length of time it will take to do the job depends on the size and scope of the project. During your free consultation, you will receive a timeline for the project from start to finish.

Q: What is the absolute best type of roof to have in Hawaii?

A: Certain roof materials will certainly last much longer in Hawaii than others. The roof that will be ideal for your next project depends on the slope of your roof, the existing roof already in place, if you have solar panels, receive lots of wind, rain, or sun, and other factors.

Q: Are your roofing costs more or less than other roofing companies on Maui?

A: Not all roofing contractors in Maui will quote you the same price. We believe our pricing is right on point with industry standards. Keep in mind that uninsured and unlicensed contractors have lower overhead costs which could be the reason for a lower bid. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for and your roof is not something to skimp on.
